Lewes Rings in 250 Years!
Start the New Year with a tradition rooted in community, history, and celebration.
Join us for a Community Bell Ringing on January 1 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church as Lewes officially rings in 2026—the heart of our Semiquincentennial year.
Participants are invited to ring special Lewes 250 commemorative bells, symbolizing unity, reflection, and excitement for what’s ahead as we honor America’s 250th anniversary. With a concert in St. Peter’s Episcopal Church to follow.
With concerts by the SODELO Brass Quintet and St. Peter’s Bell Choir. The quintet will premier the original piece, “LEWES”
